Travel even easier: here is the new Veszprém-Balaton ECoC24 day ticket for train and bus!
It's worth taking advantage of community transport even if you are only coming for one day to European Capital of Culture Veszprém-Balaton 2023. From 6th May, the MÁV-Volán Group is introducing a new discounted Veszprém-Balaton ECoC24 day ticket.
The 24-hour ticket is valid for trains, Volán buses in the Veszprém are and even local V-Bus services in Veszprém. Those travelling to priority programmes can also continue to choose the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 EcOc ticket, which offers a cost-effective alternative for all return trips.
The Veszprém-Balaton ECoC24 day ticket can be purchased at MÁV-START ticket offices and ticket vending machines as well as through the MÁV app.
