Ákos Czeglédy

Ákos Czeglédy has been mayor of the village since 1998, for 6 terms. Paloznak has been awarded the Village Renewal Award 4 times for its achievements in settlement development, and in 2010 it became the country's most flowery village. In 2020, the building ban imposed on the whole settlement became nationwide news, which also successfully drew attention to the overdevelopment of the Lake Balaton shore, albeit with few results.
