Antal Varga

Member of the Olaszfalu Self-Government and public figure. As President of the Retiree Community and Values Preservation Association, together with the civic leaders of the municipality, they have managed 8 successful applications under ECoC. He is a financial economist whose professional career was linked to the Hungarian savings bank system. He held management positions in Zirc, Veszprém and Budapest. In addition to his work, he has been continuously active in public life. In 2023 he was awarded the title of Volunteer of Veszprém County. From September 2024, he will attend the Institute of Mental Hygiene of Semmelweis Medical School Budapest as a correspondence student in the field of 'active ageing'. He intends to use his experience in this field for the benefit of the public.
