István Polgári

István Polgári is an economist who graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2005. From 2006, he served as the financial director of the Benedictine Secondary School of Pannonhalma for three years. He then worked for more than 10 years at the Győr Mayor's Office, where he focussed primarily on European Union grant applications, urban development strategies and the preparation and implementation of large projects. In 2020, he became the managing director of Győr National Theatre before moving to Veszprém, where he initially supported the mayor as Chief Economic Adviser. Since October 2021, he has been Managing Director of V-Busz Ltd.
