László Reich

László Reich is the Director of Business and Service Development at MÁV-START, a civil engineer and economist. The main achievements of his professional career include the evaluation and management of EU transport projects, the installation of the customer service module of the nationwide unified ticketing system (HKIR) and the coordination of the installation of 375 MÁV-START ticket vending machines. As Director of Service Development, he is committed to passenger-oriented and consistent service development and to the integration of micromobility and innovation projects in Hungarian passenger rail transport.
