This summer the Inota Thermal Power Plant will open its doors for the first time to host live AV performances organized by Centrum Production. As one of the winners of Veszprém - Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture - VEB2023 EKF’s cultural competition, INOTA [reopening] audiovisual event series and digital platform will offer an unusual insight into the past and invite to discover the secret corners of the huge industrial complex.
Local and international artists present audiovisual live sets in the exclusive interiors of the building complex on 16th July. In the frame of Pixel Magic AV expeditions edited by Let it be! art agency, audience can learn about creative processes of visual and musical interactions. Žagar AV Experience, Cloudhitects, Dávid Nautis & Maruscsák and Emphase combine real-time generated visual techniques with electronic music for a spectacular and memorable time travel.
During TÚRAJÓ’s walking tours visitors can get to know the history of Inota in person.
The INOTA.TECH website showcases unique locations by point cloud scanning technology and allows anyone to take a virtual tour at the thousands of square meters of the industrial area.
