What is the meaning of time? How do we understand the significance of minutes, hours, or even days? To what extent can time be accelerated or decelerated, and how can we capture the unique tempo and rhythm of a city?
Yasuhiro Suzuki, a Japanese artist, utilizes ordinary objects to delve into these inquiries, expanding our perception and provoking contemplation. As he arrives in Veszprém, he brings with him a metronome—an instrument that prompts questions and offers insights into the passage of time and our subjective experience of it.
