A selection of fine arts and applied arts works with interactive and site-specific installations from the creative art projects of the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture programme.

The two thousand and twenty-three best of exhibition features the content of projects as well as exhibitions and works by artists like Balatorium, CultNet, Romani Design, Boglár 50, Egry 140, Mirrors of Space, Beyond Forms, Glass Focus, and Ilona Keserü, Dóra Maurer, Imre Bak, Dezső Szabó, Ábel Szalontai, Csaba Toroczkai and Glowing Bulbs, respectively.

"The objects exhibited here are not just items on display; they are works of art filled with memories and experiences, witnesses to, and achievements of, our great year 2023. At the same time, they are a source of confidence for the future: Veszprém is ready and able to be a committed and authoritative exponent of traditional and contemporary artistic values and aspirations, not only in Hungary but also on the European cultural scene," - Can Togay, Chief Artistic and Creative Adviser, VEB2023 ECoC.

The exhibition 'two thousand twenty-three best of' is open from 8th March to 25th August at Dubniczay Palace, Veszprém.

The exhibition is accompanied by a variety of programmes and workshops every week.
