Listen to an Italian symphony orchestra, a Swiss quartet on the next stage, and then on to the brass band from Veszprém or a rock band from Kisvárda. Be there when the stars of the future of classical and popular music are discovered.

As part of the programme to support young talent, Musik & Kunst Schulen Management Niederösterreich manages three youth orchestras in Lower Austria: Jugendsinfonieorchester, Jugendjazzorchester and Junge Bläserphilharmonie. This gives young musicians the opportunity to play together and work on selected orchestral pieces under the supervision of professionals. Besides orchestral music-making, playing together in an ensemble is a special field of activity for young talents. On the one hand, they have to meet a number of requirements and on the other, the repertoire allows them to play a wide variety of musical styles. Moreover, they can create a rich acoustic palette by using special instruments. The young musicians will play in an expanded brass quintet and a string quartet, offering audiences a selection of chamber music ranging from Baroque music to contemporary originals.
