We look forward to welcoming you to the realm of exuberant fun!

The band, which turned 16 in 2022, entertains, educates and tunes up children, the music listeners of the future, by promoting children's poetry literature in Hungary, providing a family experience. The band's albums have been voted Best Children's Production of the Year by the industry on two occasions, with Bumm, Bumm, Bumm (Boom, Boom, Boom) and Igazi karácsony (Real Christmas) both boasting this title. The band's latest, 6th album Életmesék (Life Tales) was released in autumn 2019 and also received a Fonogram Award nomination.

"We have been playing music for children with my fellow musicians for sixteen years. As a mother of three, an actress and a drama teacher, I know exactly how important it is for children to listen to quality music and quality lyrics from an early age. My fellow musicians, Ferenc Csiszár, Jávor Delov, Tamás Kálmán and László Studniczky are great partners in this. The main goal of the orchestra is to introduce children to sophisticated music from an early age, thus training and educating the music-literate, concert-going audience of the future. Our two Fonogram Awards are a great confirmation of our ambition."

Some of the band's songs are composed of poems set to music by contemporary poets, while others have a fresh, contemporary feel, but are composed with the same care and attention to detail. Among the composers of the lyrics of Tintanyúl songs are András Ferenc Kovács, Petra Finy, Anna Szabó T. and István Csukás.

In the autumn of 2019, the aforementioned sixth album of the group was released, Életmesék, which is an appendix to the storybook of the same title, each song is related to a story, which is also written by Réka Farkasházi. In January, the storybook was recognised by the joint Unicef and Bookline programme with the 'Heart on it' sticker.

"As a drama teacher, I know how important live music and storytelling are for children's development, and I am happy that we have reached thousands of children through our songs and stories. I believe that our efforts are not in vain, so storytelling and listening to music is now part of everyday life in the families that follow us."
