MINDSZENTKÁLLA, KÁLI-KAPOCS (KÁL LINK)
PUBLIC THEATRE AND ACUSTIC OUTDOOR MUSEUM in the Káli-Kapocs
Four young theatre artists attempt to bring the theatrical and music culture they know and love to the streets of Mindszentkálla. They are preparing a varied programme that will take them through the season and give them an insight into various aspects of theatre and the behind-the-scenes world of popular music.
The programme was created by alumni and current students of the University of Theatre and Film Arts, who are involved in arts education and community theatre. They also have a connection with Mindszentkálla: they are working in Káli-kapocs for the second season, during which time they have had the opportunity to get to know the village, its history and its inhabitants, as well as its returning holidaymakers.
Programmes:
Village walk: learn local stories
Dramatised Easter treasure hunt for children
Drama and improvisation session for adults
Night at the Kapocs – performative pub crime thriller
Interactive discussion with prominent artists of the Hungarian independent theatre scene
Other than a concert: acoustic music outdoor museum in the Kapocs barn theatre
