Neil Peterson

Neil is Director of Inside Track, a flexible association of cultural professionals, working throughout Europe. His work focusses on developing practical projects which connect cultural and sporting events with participation and engagement for citizens. In Europe, Neil is best known for his connection to the European Capital of Culture Programme. Neil led Liverpool 2008’s international work and the Liverpool 08 Welcome and Volunteer programmes. These were amongst the most successful customer service and community engagement programmes in European cultural capitals over the last 10 years. He now works as a strategic adviser to a number of European Cultural Capitals and other culturally ambitious cities.
